New E-Design, New On-Line Shop , New Blog,  NEW YEAR!!!!

Hello friends, clients, creatives and those looking for design help… I am expanding.

For those of you who know me, I've been really busy the past 5 Years.  I launched my own business after 10 years of working for some of the country’s most influential and talented designers.   I married, had two kids, and relocated from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas.  It has definitely been busy, but it's also been great.

So now that things are really getting crazy, I thought… let’s ADD MORE!

I am really excited about the new things that I am adding to my business.

Starting with......

M. E. Design in a Box:     This is a great option for people who need the help of a designer to get their project started, but really want to have more control with purchasing to keep their spending costs down. You’re thinking, I just need a little revamp of my living room, or…  I want to enlist a designer, but I can’t financially commit to more than “X” amount of dollars.  Or…  I just need a designer to help me set up a floor plan and decide on an overall look, but I want to purchase everything myself.  If that is what you are thinking, then this is for you!

What makes my E-design Different than others?  Other than it being a Meredith Ellis design, I offer the option of “To the trade Fabrics and Upholstery”..... along with presentation boards for your project, a furniture floor plan, and swatch books for both fabrics and furniture.  I also include a  2-3 minute video presentation of how to implement your design.   It will be as if we are sitting there together.

This brings me to my new ONLINE Store, MEREDITH’S MERCANTILE.

I am SUPER excited about this….
I travel for work frequently and shop FREQUENTLY.... so it will be constantly updated.  We may only have a few things up the first few weeks, so keep checking back!  But things to keep a look out for are: refurbished furniture, fun lamps, vintage pieces,  antiques, Fortuny patchwork pillows, and designer pillows.

It will also soon include Meredith Ellis custom furniture, lighting and upholstery.
